01 What we are
We sell our own product in Kosovo. Everywhere else, we work as a manufacturer for other people’s brands. That distinction is deliberate, and it is the basis on which every export programme we run is set up.
Our engineering and our standard construction, produced under your brand. The fastest route to a range, because the development work is already done.
Your drawings and your specification, built to them. We engineer for production and come back with what needs to change and what it will cost if it doesn’t.
Kitchenette, wardrobe, vanity, desk, headboard panelling and the room door — one specification, one colour, one delivery, one supplier to chase.
We manufacture and we deliver. We do not design your projects, we do not specify on your behalf, and we do not install on site — those are your business and we are not set up to take them.
On an own-brand programme our name does not appear on the product, the packaging or the documentation that reaches your client. What we make on your programme is yours to sell as yours.
02 Products
The specification below is what we build as standard for project work. Every element of it is open to change on an own-brand or contract programme — a starting point, not a catalogue you have to buy from.
Photographed in our showroom at Preoc. Installed work, not visualisations.

The six programmes below are shown as visualisations. On an own-brand programme the fronts, colour, handle system and hardware are specified by you.
| Carcass | 18 mm board, PUR-edged all round |
|---|---|
| Back panel | 5 mm, rebated |
| Fronts | Lacquered MDF · engraved MDF · real wood veneer · CPL |
| Worktop | Compact laminate standard; alternatives to specification |
| Handles | Integrated gola profile, horizontal or vertical · handleless · conventional |
| Hardware | Blum Aventos lift systems, soft-close drawers and hinges; your nominated brand on an OEM programme |
| Lighting | Integrated LED under-cabinet and shelf lighting |
| Appliances | Fitted to your nominated brand and cut-outs, or supplied free of appliances |
Everything else in the room, built to the same standard as the kitchen units so that the whole package matches once it is installed.
| Construction | Same carcass and edging standard as kitchen units |
|---|---|
| Wardrobes | Hinged or sliding; fitted or freestanding; internal fit-out to specification |
| Vanities | Moisture-appropriate substrate and finish for bathroom use |
| Desks & shelving | Wall-fixed or freestanding, with cable management |
| Bed & storage | Frames, under-bed storage and headboard panelling |
| Common areas | Reception desks, laundry and mail runs, study carrels, lounge and back-of-house units |
Photography of installed wardrobes, vanities and casegoods is available on request.
A door is not a leaf. It is a leaf, a frame, an architrave, a lock, hinges and a handle — and on a project of any size those six things routinely arrive from four suppliers, in two finishes, three weeks apart. We engineer and finish the whole assembly in-house, on the same line as the joinery, in the same colour.

Every design is supplied as a complete set — leaf, frame, architrave and ironmongery. CPL laminate is available on the same designs where maximum abrasion resistance is wanted.
| Leaf | Tubular core in a solid timber frame, faced both sides in 6 mm MDF |
|---|---|
| Frame | Flat, square-edged; 10×10×10 or 10×10×20 profile |
| Hinges | Concealed, adjustable on three axes, satin chrome |
| Lock | Key, cylinder or magnetic |
| Handles | Six options — satin chrome, polished chrome, polished black |
| Maximum sizes | 2,040 mm high · 930 mm wide · 230 mm wall |
| Lacquered | Four face designs — plain, glazed insert and two grooved. RAL 9016 and 7016 standard; any RAL to order |
|---|---|
| Veneer | Oak, walnut and dark oak; walnut leaf with contrasting RAL 9005 frame |
| Laminate | CPL where maximum abrasion resistance is wanted |
| Opening | Single or double leaf; in-wall pocket sliding; on-wall sliding |
| Supplied as | Complete door set — leaf, frame, architrave, ironmongery |
Send a drawing or a unit list and we will engineer it, price it ex-works and delivered, and state a lead time.

Complete door sets — leaf, frame, architrave and ironmongery — supplied to residential and mixed-use developments in Kosovo.

Developer visualisations.
Because all five categories run through the same finishing line, the wardrobe front, the kitchenette door, the vanity and the room door can be specified in one colour and produced in one batch.
Sourced separately from separate suppliers they almost never match — not badly, but visibly, once they are installed a metre apart in the same room. It is one of the most common snags on a fit-out handover list, and it is a sourcing decision rather than a workmanship problem.

Any supplier can describe a process. This is the equipment it runs on, named, so you can judge for yourself what it is capable of holding.

— Boring & routing
A room package is thousands of holes — hinge cups, shelf pins, dowels, cable ports, grooves for the backs. Whether a unit assembles cleanly on site is decided here, not at the bench.
The SCM morbidelli cx100 bores all five faces, grooves and routes without the part moving to another machine. SCM build it for batch-size-one work: each panel can differ from the last with no set-up penalty. That is what makes a non-standard width ordinary rather than a special.
| Panel range | 200–3,050 mm long · 70–900 wide · 10–60 thick |
|---|---|
| Boring | 12 vertical spindles, 4 on X, 2 on Y — five faces, one pass |
| Also cuts | Grooves, vertical routing, edge rounding, toe-kick |
| Output | Up to 400 pieces per shift |
Manufacturer’s published figures.
The surface process is a single continuous line rather than a series of separate operations with a wait between each: belt transport, sanding, dedusting, spray machine, laminar stack oven, turbulent drying, IR curing, UV 3D dryer, cooling tunnel and roller conveyor, under one line control.
A panel enters raw and leaves dry in roughly nine minutes. Coatings are Hesse Lignal, water-based throughout — low emission, and a system European specifiers already recognise.
| Line length | 54,840 mm overall, fifteen stations |
|---|---|
| Sanding to dry | Approximately nine minutes |
| Gloss | To 95% |
| Colour | Full RAL range as standard; matching to a supplied sample on request |
| Coatings | Hesse Lignal, water-based |
| Reference panels | Retained per programme for repeat and replacement orders |

Capacity, current lead times and a plant visit are confirmed on request — we would rather give you a number that is true this month than publish one that ages.
Arrange a plant visit04 Quality & compliance
Anyone can build one good unit. The question a buyer is actually asking is whether unit four hundred is the same as unit one, and whether the replacement ordered in year three still matches. Everything below exists to answer that.
Every category is built on the same carcass and edging standard, so quality does not vary by product line or by which team happened to build it.
Polyurethane adhesive cross-links as it cures, so the glue line stops being water-soluble. It matters most where a joinery failure normally starts — bathrooms and kitchens.
Hesse Lignal systems throughout. Low emission, and a coating house European specifiers and their clients already know.
A reference panel is retained for every programme. Repeat and replacement orders are matched to the panel, not to a colour code and a memory.
Defects found at assembly cost ten times what they cost at the machine that made them. Parts are checked where they are produced, before they carry any further value.
Every part carries a barcode tying it to a project, a module and a position, from the machine that cut it through to the pallet it ships on.
Each part carries a barcode encoding its project, its module, the piece number and how many pieces complete that module. Parts are scanned as they move and sorted into a numbered bin per module, so a module is only released for assembly when it is genuinely complete.
We would rather answer this precisely than print a row of logos. At first enquiry we state in writing exactly which certifications and test reports we hold, which are in progress, and which we do not have — with the material declarations, formaldehyde class and coating data sheets for what we would supply you.
If your client requires something we do not currently hold, tell us early. Some of it is achievable inside a programme timeline and some is not, and you should have that answer before you commit to us rather than after.
Tell us what your client requires and we will state in writing what we hold, what is in progress and what we do not.
Request our documentation05 Delivery
Deliveries run with 3P, a logistics operator running established road corridors from Kosovo to Ljubljana and from Kosovo to Greece. The delivery leg is not handed to whichever haulier is cheapest that week.
Loads are planned against your installation dates. A package that arrives three weeks early is storage you pay for; one that arrives late stops a floor.
Every category for a project travels together rather than as separate consignments from separate suppliers on separate days.
Pallets and packages are labelled by project, room and module, so material is distributed on site instead of being opened and sorted first.

| Corridors | Kosovo – Ljubljana · Kosovo – Greece, operated by 3P |
|---|---|
| Wider Europe | Quoted per programme |
| Transit times | Confirmed at quotation for your destination |
| Incoterms | Ex-works or delivered; agreed per programme |
| Packaging | To specification — protected for transport and for site handling |
| Replacement parts | Identified from the production record and re-made to the retained reference panel |
Give us a delivery address and a required date, and we will quote the freight and the transit time with the goods.
Ask for a delivered price06 Why an external plant
Take a larger project than your own workshop can carry, without buying machinery for a peak you may not see again.
European production, European material standards, and a cost base that is not western European — on a road corridor we already run.
One supplier for every category in the room instead of four, which removes the mismatch that comes free with split sourcing.
A credible second source. Most procurement problems are single-supplier problems nobody solved before they became urgent.
